damn as i was playing re4 on ps2 i tried, but was not nearly as successful as that guy in the linked video. but this could be through new textures in the hd pc version. anyway can you remember about similar situations in other games?

No mod. XD You need to seduce this waitress to get her pass key for the Casino heist. So you are told to follow her, and you do, and she turns out to be a dominatrix. So, you knock out the Gimp, put his clothes on, get in, do your thing, and snag the key. It's actually mandatory to win the game.

And then you can continue dating her afterwards, as I recall.

I always used that gimp suit as my stealth suit. xD

The purple dildo isn't a bad melee weapon either though I think the silver one has more hit points.

Taki in SoulCalibur 2. The jiggle wasn't even remotely realistic, and I actually found it kind of gross and weird. Hypnotic, though. ; )
