Yeah, I agree with most of them and have added them where you've suggested (including the Atari one!) except CyClones which I had under Ubi already and with Take no Prisoners... Well it was originally published by Red Orb which was part of Broderbund and Broderbund seems to be part of the Viva Media group these days:

I don't think that Viva has anything to do with Red Orb Entertaiment's games. In fact, it seems to be Ubisoft.

"Gores sold The Learning Company's entertainment holdings to Ubisoft, and most of the other holdings, including the Brøderbund name, to Irish company Riverdeep. Many of Brøderbund's games, such as the Myst series, are published by Ubisoft."
So yeah, looks like Ubi got the fun stuff and Riverdeep got the boring stuff and the Broderbund name so I've moved it to Ubi but left a not that it COULD be Viva because who knows exactly how the pie was cut?

Also I wanted to say about the Ubi / SSI situation - is it REALLY a co-incidence that Ubi are bring their stuff here again for the first time in AGES at the same time that GOG are self-publishing old SSI titles? Seems like GOG and Ubi started doing business again for SOME reason...

I can't say for sure. All I know is that, according to this PC Gamer article, Ubisoft didn't have the rights to the Forgotten Realms games and GOG bought them from the Learning Company. I imagine that a similar case might have occurred with the other GOG-published games (which explains why it's GOG that publishes them and not Ubisoft).

Or this 'Gores Group' who were selling the stuff off, sounds like Ubi weren't interested in buying that older stuff at the time, I guess it's like how Tommo didn't get ALL of Atari's sundries but unlike the undead Atari, Gores aren't in the business of publishing games so good that GOG stepped in!
Let's hope they really found more that 13 D&D games in Gore's vaults though - here's waiting for Dragonlance and Buck Rogers at least!

*edit* it's super weird that, apparently Ubi didn't get the rights to the old Pool of Radiance game but they DID have that slightly abortive attempt at rebooting the series though...

Possibly the developers of the Carnivores series own the rights to Chasm.

It'd be interesting to see whether Interplay would be willing to sell their older D&D games to Hasbro, like they did with their Infinity Engine ones.

Interplay published the game on some territories, while Take-Two published it on others. I would be willing to bet that the game does belong to Take-Two.

Night Dive acquired the Turok games and might have been responsible for bringing Shadow Man back (though the game isn't published by Night Dive here). For the rest, Throwback Entertainment has apparently acquired 150 games from Acclaim's catalog.

It was also published by Psygnosis on Europe, so it might belong to Sony. Or, it could even belong to the developers who were bought by MumboJumbo.

I think you can add Nightmare Creatures to Activision.

You can also add Dead Mountaineer's Hotel under the Akella Section :)

I wonder about that. For instance, even though Square-Enix owns the Legacy of Kain franchise and was able to release the first game on the PSN store, they have been completely unable, thus far, to release the PC version that was published by Activision. In the same vein, even if Konami happened to own the rights to the Nightmare Creatures franchise, I don't think they would necessarily hold the rights for the PC version, which was also published by Activision.
