Transactions using a card is failing. I have noticed that there is no field to enter the cardholder's Name when filling card details. It used to be there earlier, and I did not face any issues before.

Does anyone have any idea about this problem?

Yes yes, paying on GOG is broken. I gave up trying anymore.

Dunno...you might want to contact a staffer like Ponczo or watvin via PM to let them know, or make a support ticket.
(of course, if you do a ticket you need to confirm that ticket via replying to the first email they send you)

Also, in the meantime did you try other methods like paypal?

Yes. It's just something wrong with script loaders in some browsers (Google Chrome in particular).

I have no issues using Mozilla though. Maybe it will help you too.

I'm having huge problems when trying to buy games here as well. For some idiotic reason, you now need to allow Google spying to be allowed to buy games here, so (for those who try to protect their privacy) you have to allow google related domains, or else it's not possible to buy games on GOG any more. The payment form simply doesn't show up properly.

It's incredible how much GOG manage to shoot themselves in the feet.
