I have missing games from an order and tried contacting support but only ever got an automated reply. Not sure what to do now

How long ago was this? There is a sticky post on the forum about support delays, maybe they still have a backlog. If you got the automated reply, your support request should exist as a ticket in their system - they should get back to you eventually.

Did you reply to the automated email telling them to keep the ticket open?
