Hi do any of you know how long, on average, does it take for gog support to answer? I contacted them three days ago and still nothing. It's about cyberpunk dlc, phantom liberty. I finished the game, uninstalled it and went to sleep. Two days later I wanted to install it again but it installed without the dlc. It just disappeared from my account and I don't have an option to additionally download it. I even have achievements from the game. Can any of you help? I tried refreshing my account and still nothing. This is starting to make me feel very angry, because I would like to play the game I payed for and I can't play it because my saves contain the dlc.

Support response times are unpredictable, but usually not very quick.

The standard question in these situations is: did you buy it directly from GOG? If so, they'll eventually fix it...

Do you use Galaxy?
Click the configuration icon in the top bar which is right to the play button. There you go to Manage installation -> Configure -> DLC tab. You should find the DLC listed here.

Do you use the offline installers?
The offline installers for the DLC should be listed under DOWNLOAD OFFLINE BACKUP GAME INSTALLERS after you go to your account and then to the Cyberpunk 2077 entry.

https://www.gog.com/en/account

If you don't see the DLCs there you can try the refresh links:
https://www.gog.com/user/refresh
https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

If all of this doesn't work then you will need the email receipt from GOG. The support will ask for the order number.

If you don't have an email receipt from GOG then you most likely bought the game from a gray market key reseller. GOG will remove games or DLCs from those.
