I am an RTS junkie (favorite genre) but I have never once used the arrow keys.

I'm trying to figure out why I would.

I love using the camera with the arrow keys A LOT but having no option in a lot of games to tie it to WASD is a pain in the ass besides 8-bit series lets us do it.

I have never played the 8 bit series, very curious about it.

For C&C, StarCraft, Empire Earth, AOE I usually just used the mouse to scroll around and clicked on the minimap or hit a specific unit number to jump across the map.

so far its a good series but feels like it lacks content if you just buy one of the 3, if you get all 3 it feels like 1 complete game... but yeah it playes like classic C&C and acts like it too.

You cant re program the keys on it to be arrow keys. I tried :(

Really? I thought using NumLock turned a numeric keypad into a standard arrow keypad, like on a normal keyboard.

See the thing is I need it just for games, these programs do it for the whole desktop plus software. so when I type I lose my wasd function if I dont use the arrow keys but having external arrow keys will let me keep my full typing intact and such. if that thing allowed the arrows to be bound to wasd just for games than I dont need to spend the money on that other thing but I dont think that program does that.
