DO NOT buy Ozymandias: Bronze Age Empire Sim from GOG.
Because it was abandoned here.(No DLC)

It keeps getting regular updates, so obviously it's not "abandoned".

DLCs had been missing since Dec, 2022, compared to Steam

Did I say that was acceptable? I said the game is not abandoned on GOG, which is self-evidently true, since it gets regular updates. If you're going to make criticisms, do it in a valid way, instead of wild shrieking about "abandoned!!!!!!" which makes you hard to take seriously. Here, try something like this:

I see Ozymandias doesn't have the recent DLC, even though the game is being updated on GOG. Are the devs going to release the DLC on GOG or is there some "issue"?

(That is, some problem like how Sins of a Solar Empire took an absurdly long time to get one of the DLCs here, even though they managed to get the others here long ago.)
