Whsie: The 2 id games I'm still waiting on are Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal. Don't know how realistic those 2 are now with this acquisition.
Make it three with Doom 64. I really hope we'll see more games published by Bethesda here. Would suck if that's not the case because of this acquisition.

Sure, but they released 2 games in that whole time. Zenimax has released a dozen or more AAA singleplayer games.

I was gonna say the same thing but you never know I remember an article a little while back that was posted here saying that Microsoft and GOG was in good relations or something, so maybe just maybe we will get that taste of goodness sometime soon in the close future. Crossing fingers!

This sounds good. Microsofts answer for Steam's plan to start making games again? Like Half Life 3. This is most definitely, Sony, Microsoft, Steam battle.

In my mind this is Karma for denying us (THE REAL) prey II they have been acquired just like they did to iD software, Arkane and tried to do with Human Head you can't bloody tell me they are not MAFIA because this IS EXACTLY how the MAFIA operate!

If you can't better them offer them a studio/money then fuck them up and BUY EM OUT

All Microsoft has done has chucked a bethsoft and bought them up

now hiney and howard who has sh!t on their face?!

How is this Karma? Do you think it's good that games like prey and Dishonored might get removed from GOG? Prey 2016 by Arkane is awesome I don't want to see it go away.

Well, Bethesda is (was) notorious for producing MS-only titles, now sold its soul to them. The worst part is what happened to Todd Howard.

Wow Did not expect that. But I think it’s good news, Microsoft probably won’t interfere too much, and they'll get a lot of financial support, publicity and new fans through game pass. Also, bestheda and obsidian working together on new vegas 2 sounds like a dream come true, Hopefully that actually happens :)
