advancedhero: I think I might really like Iron Maiden. I'm not a huge metal fan, but there are some songs I love, like Aces High and The Trooper. So, what other songs of Iron Maiden are really good like those two? I love the melodic riffs in the beginning of those songs.
Iron Maiden are truly a one of a kind band! Personally I'm a big fan of their first three albums but overall I'd say they've been able to keep their style mostly intact over the years, almost every song have a moment where it's really good and memorable. But to answer your question, some of their most popular songs that are definitely worth listening to if you haven't already, except for the two you mentioned, are: Wasted Years, Fear of the Dark, Run to the Hills, Number of the Beast and Phantom of the Opera. If I was you though I'd just go on youtube or something and just listen to some of their songs on random, that way you'll probably find a few more songs you'll like!

Other than anything you and Sockerkaka mention i recommend Hallowed Be Thy Name and 2 minutes to midnight it's worth to check

My advice would be to start listening to all their albums, from first to last. And take your time, don't rush to listen all their albums at once. Just listen each album for some time & seek what was the inspiration that drove the band to write a specific song, for example the song "Rime of the Ancient Mariner" . That way, you'll get to see how the band evolved through the years too!

Got the album this is off of for my birthday yesterday (& discovered easily my favorite new band in recent years). This is the direction that I have been wanting to go with my music for years but haven't been able to accurately explain to my band. Solid band, solid album, solid song.

Fetish 69 - Antibody. I come back to this one now and then.

Considered "industrial metal," but I think they are more of a some-what creepy rock/metal hybrid (at least with this album circa 1992) Normally I like to post full albums, but I couldn't find one. Title track here (YouTube).

Edit: I would like to add that I am listening to the Guilty Gear X2 soundtrack. Thus far, it kicks some serious ass.
