I posted the following message to GOG support, In the interest of documenting my situation, I will post here for others to see/respond.
Today, I had severe difficulty getting a post to go through on the forum. The post simply would not parse. No error message, nothing. Just hangs in the "please wait processing" stage. For over 20 minutes I let it sit and nothing had happened. Then I tried several different methods to post my thread. I tried Galaxy, to no avail. I tried through Firefox, through Chrome, through Brave, through Edge. Nothing. Eventually, I changed the title and the post went through. There was no indication as to why the post failed. I was UNABLE TO POST A NEW THREAD on the forum.
I'm getting close to just leaving your degrading website. The functionality is getting worse and worse and you are doing nothing publicly to fix the issues; you seem incompetent and clueless on how to fix the issues. I've been a loyal customer here for over 5 years, and spent thousands of USD here. I am not your biggest spender, but I am far from the lightest. I am growing very tired, however with the laissez faire attitude of your staff toward the website degrading and decaying website that is breaking in functionality at an astounding rate.
You probably won't care. A Tech support guy (or gal) will read this and send me a canned answer and no one will ever read the whole thing. I don't care anymore. I'm tired of begging you to be better. If you want more of my money, and for me to endorse you to my money spending friends, you'll work on these issues. I'm not the only one who is like minded to this. But please, go on not caring about fixing broken wishlist functionality, broken forum functionality, broken gogmix functionality (seriously, why make a feature of the website and then hide it where it can't be searched or properly shared with others?), broken Galaxy functionality... Broken GOG is broken, and if you don't do something soon, you'll lose more customers.
Thank you for your time,
