[This is a sticky post, it will be visible in every single page of this thread. It has been published in October 2020.]

Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

That being said, here you can find a post with dxenija's community poll to have better understanding of the situation: CLICK.

At the time of writing, open giveaway threads are:
- Massive Giveaways Blog (this one)
- Free (temporary) keys giveaway central topic.
- Updated Itch.io giveaways

Be nice to each other *flies away*

You should put the name of the giveaway website as well, not just name of the game and generic text "add to your library".
I kind of agree with Wishmaster777 but on the other hand it is easy to see where that link leads and everyone should always look where a link goes before clicking on it.

Moonlighter and This War of Mine (2 Games) are free on Epic Store.
https://www.epicgames.com/store/en-US/collection/free-game-collection

For Honor will be the new freebie on August 2.
Edit: Alan Wake will also be free on August 2.
(Thanks to TheMonkofDestiny for remembering because initially there was only For Honor on the site of Epic.)

Gog Galaxy doesn't show the address of the hyperlink. That is why I find it annoying blindly clicking the hyperlinks which lead to spamware websites like Indiegala, Gleam, etc.
Die Young: Prologue is a free game developed by IndieGala and available on IndieGala and Steam. It can be downloaded even without an account on IndieGala, as a 4875 MB .zip archive (8395 MB uncompressed), so it's DRM-free there. Unfortunately it seems to be a bit behind with the updates on IndieGala (version 1.0.0.82.18 - 5 Jun 2019) compared to Steam (version 1.1.0.12.18 - 29 Jun 2019).

This is a prequel to Die Young, which supposedly should be out of Early Access pretty soon. Hopefully, this is the main reason why it's not up to date on their own site.

In that case Galaxy fails horribly and should either be fixed within days or blocked from accessing all of internet except gog.com.

When using an internet browser, I always place my cursor over hyperlinks to see where they will take me. Yet, I always use Galaxy when browsing GOG's forums and I blindly click on links without any hesitation. I don't know why I do that and I can't believe how careless I've become!! Your post has inspired me to create a wishlist for Galaxy. Hopefully, GOG's team will add such a security feature:

An entertaining puzzler.
I spent quite some time with it. Then I lost it, and forgot it.
Will gladly re-install it now.
