[This is a sticky post, it will be visible in every single page of this thread. It has been published in October 2020.]

Our moderation team decided not to take a side in the discussion since this giveaway thread was created by the community and, as long as there are no forum rules violated, is up to you, dear Gogers, to decide its fate. We will not set giveaway rules, edit the OP's post, nor lock the whole thread.

However, to make it easier for newcomers to understand the situation (about the OP being inactive and other), I will stick my own post right above the first one.

You are, of course, free to create new threads to start anew and make your own, clear rules. At the same time, please stay reasonable when crating them, as multiple new duplicates might make it even more confusing for many Gogers.

That being said, here you can find a post with dxenija's community poll to have better understanding of the situation: CLICK.

At the time of writing, open giveaway threads are:
- Massive Giveaways Blog (this one)
- Free (temporary) keys giveaway central topic.
- Updated Itch.io giveaways

Be nice to each other *flies away*

And one more, Eponymous.
Also, I say I normally ignore the always free ones that show up as 100% off, since I can't know what that applies to, if it's for some additional content or just a gimmick to get them on the sale list or what, but Red Trees stays high in the popularity list and seems to be getting plenty of appreciative comments, so I'll include it here too.

FYI everyone, this is an Android port and not the same version you can buy here at GOG. It's supposedly missing stuff, like the intro video a, people in the inn are not animated and most importantly, it simplifies (and outright removes) some puzzles. That's why it has such negative reviews there.

So if you want to experience this classic, definitively grab it here, the five bucks or less it costs now on Halloween sale are worth it!

Yeah, reading some of those reviews made me skip grabbing the game.
For Amiga fans, Amiga Forever 8 Value Edition is offer on this german site. It's a kind of Amiga emulation software with 50 roms.

Give your mail, then a second mail will be send for confirmation, then you receive a download link and a serial.

No idea if it worths it...

I tried it out. I had to use Google Translate to navigate the site and the e-mails, but the software and games are in English. Out of the 10 or so games I tried, some of the games had no indication of how to even start the game, some had no indication of what the controls are, and when I was able to get a game to work, there was horrible input lag. There may be some games that work, but I can only recommend this to people who are hardcore Amiga fans and have the time and patience to figure out how the software and games are supposed to work.

Thanks for your feedback. It seems "too niche" ; )

Dracula 2: The Last Sanctuary (Steam) is now free.

The same caveats about how it is a horrible port apply.

Thanks but looks like I missed this one. Now Dracula 3 (Steam) is free. Also has terrible reviews and a short freebie period. End in 3 hours.

I lost patience with the GOG version when I reached the latin word 'bible code' puzzle. My knowledge of Latin is enough to follow along, but not to solve word puzzles.

I'd be happy to see that bit of the game disappear, but the reviews imply a lot more was changed.
