Participate in the forums, share a few thoughts, notice the people with similar tastes and views... then go for the "invite" button.

I think the smartest solution would be to use a script to mass send invites. It would be cool if GoG could implement this feature.

There are no friends on GOG.
Just strangers who (due to the anonymity of the service) are unable to kill you in real life, but who will not hesitate to do that exactly, if you ever lower your shields, and let them know, where to find you.

I'm not sure, if you're serious or joking, so...
None, that I'm aware of...but back in 2010, when I joined GOG, there was a guy around who threatened everyone with death.
But apart from that - I was just kidding. :)

Pah, friends are overrated.
Darvond: Didn't bother and instead snuck off to Discord to find one of the secret GOG servers.
And that's where I met most people. IRC is what the cool kids use though.
