Project Zomboid is my new favorite game ever. :D

Sooner or later I'm going to survive a whole day!

zeffyr: I do worry though about the level of difficulty. From what I heard, there are no guidelines or hints and there are hundreds of little puzzles - what if I stuck on one? Has it happened to you during your playthrough?
avatar
Grilledfish: The game does teach you how everything works, but not explicitly, so generally, you should be able to solve every/most puzzles in the game just from what's in the game itself. If you come across something you can't solve or don't understand, you could always just leave it and go elsewhere, maybe come back later. That's usually the best option. There are hundreds of puzzles and you don't need to solve them all to finish the game.

There were two puzzles that I had trouble with. One of them, I thought about it overnight, and did the whole rubber ducky troubleshooting thing, and while trying random things to explain to myself what I know, I accidentally solved it. That was actually funny. I knew what needed to be done, but just didn't see the combination until I accidentally put it in.

The other one, I didn't solve on my own completely. I finished the game, but left that one alone. I looked up some hints and then went back to solve it.
Once again thanks for recommendation, I've just bought it! :-)
Neat, all deals out.

I think I'll hold out until tomorrow to see if there are any major Friday releases (Diluvion?) and if not go ahead and grab my minihaul (might only be a game or two - hey I like to make sure I actually PLAY these things LOL).

HunchBluntley: My total is sitting at 4300 (no purchases so far), which would seem to indicate that the 300 XP award from yesterday's (apparently) successful Twitch Plays of Stardew Valley has not yet been added.
avatar
TheOneRaziel: Nope. You sure got the XP from Twitch Plays, but you still have 3 days left to check in for the extra 300 XP! :)
Yeah, My first stop today was the check-in page, and I added it all up and realized I was wrong on that part. (And I just knew that little "1" under "forum replies" in my Account tab was going to be someone pointing it out! =D )
Is anyone having an issue with the free games not unlocking?
I have 5000xp and Expeditions Conquistador is still locked.
Do I need to go over the cost of xp to unlock it?

It seems like they unlock at >unlock XP rather than >=unlock XP. So any purchase whould unlock it for you.

If you're only looking for that game and have no further purchases you're looking to make I will happily give you the game. :)

Nix31: The three most recent very pricey Disney additions make its whole bundle unpurchasable in Brazil; which is a shame since I intended to buy it all sooner or later... I'd much rather have those games out of the bundle if their prices are to remain outrageous - they cost R$32.39
R$66.18 for me .

I plan on picking something up, so no worries there. In the past it unlocked when you reached the amount.
I was just confused. Thanks for the offer, but I will pass
=)
No matter what credit card I use, I can't order anything? What is going on?

Oh I see... Still pretty bad.
Here the Aladdin + Lion King + Jungle Book trio totals R$97.17 base price (Wicher 3 GOTY costs R$ 99.99 base price lol).

You and the russians are lucky with those flat prices .
I've had to avoid a number of games in this sale because of the lack of Win10 support. Definitely money to be made in improving compatibility, GOG.

I use Linux and Windows 10 and on both system. I didn't complain about support for most games - on Wine or in Compatibility mode most games runs fairly good. You should be aware that games must be ported to new system not only by GOG team but also by development team that cost owner more that he will get from sell licences. Also IMHO Windows 10 is more "dynamic" that Linux supported distributions in changes, so need more maintenance cost that use to be in the previous system releases...
