mm324: I think I'd lose my mind if Oblivion, Fallout: NV, and Fallout 3 all turned up in this sale.

mechmouse: I'd definitely loose a few pounds

Maki: The Daily Check button has malfunctioned.

I personally have only been able to press the check button twice and now it keeps saying I have already checked, even if I have not, and shows a countdown for when I can next check. But this countdown just goes to 0 and then restarts without resetting the check button.

In effect I have only been able to check twice in the first day or two, and now I am unable to check a further five times.
Try revisiting the page later. The last two days, I've had to wait a bit and check/refresh the page a few times before the option to check in for the current day appeared. (This is easily one of the buggier sales I've been around here for.)

babark: So, I'm figuring I'd get all the Interplay games I'd want.
So, as a classic adventure gamer, which Star Trek game? 25th Anniversary (I think is the more famous one), or Judgement Rites?
I mean, I know I could just get both, but if one is better, why?
I've only played 25th Anniversary so far, so I can't compare. I enjoyed it a lot though. Also, make sure look at the Star Map (outside the game) before you play and figure out the controls from the manual. I did not do this and promptly got my ship blown up the first time I played.

hs1010: 4. Blast from a past. Great game, would be a perfect fit for the old Nintendo console. Music is really awesome. If you like Megaman, Ducktales, Super Mario 3 etc. for the old NES and if you own a controller, you'll most likely have fun with it. Only challenger would be the Shantae games, but I own both, so please don`t make me choose.

Watch a Let`s play video, 10 minutes should tell you, if it`s up your alley.

IronArcturus: Yeah, Shovel Knight is a great game! If you are a fan of the original 8-bit era, then this game is for you! The controls are fluid, and the game is tough, but fair. The soundtrack is great as well! I really wish the GOG version had the OST. :P
just want to second this.

shovel knight is AMAZING if you're into old nes-style/snes style platformers.
AVOID plague knight like...well...the plague. [didn't like it at all.] - plague knight is free with shovel knight, but i wouldn't bother :P
Has anyone tried Shantae and the Pirate's Curse? Does it work well with an Xbox 360 controller?

I have the same issue.

On the website it says I have 3300 points and 3 check ins, but on the client it says I have 3400 points and 4 check ins. So what is actually the real one? I had to start using the client because I can't get the website check ins to work. It always says "checked" for me even when I haven't checked in.

I had a similar problem with the Check In button. I cleared the cache in my browser and that seemed to temporarily fix the issue.

I had a great time with it, and found it to be a far better game than Risky's Revenge. It works perfectly with X-Input controllers.

HunchBluntley: As has been mentioned several times, those discount % numbers are pretty much all wrong on that page. :)
Ah okay. I've been missing in GOG-dom lately so I wasn't aware of that. :)
