Score Deals Up To 90% Off | Earn XP, Get Free Games

The Monstrous Fall Sale – one of the grandest sales of this year – has begun! Join us for 10 days of new deals up to 90% off, free games to unlock, and surprises yet to come!

Start by grabbing Little Big Adventure 2 totally free to kick off your own monstrous adventure – just redeem through the banner on the front page. The giveaway will last for the first 48 hours, so be fast - that's a true classic that you really shouldn't miss.

But this is only the beginning - you can score even more free games during the Monstrous Fall Sale: participate in the fun, collect badges, and keep shopping to earn XP and unlock:
—Expeditions: Conquistador,
—DEX
—Victor Vran

Every dollar spent gives you more XP (use your Wallet funds for an extra 10% boost) and you'll find great combos throughout the sale — like Divinity: Original Sin 2 or Tyranny, which unlock all 3 free games right off the bat.

Twitch Plays is coming back and the GOG.com community will once again channel its inner farmer in two special Stardew Valley events that will grant everyone additional XP, if completed successfully on twitch.tv/GOGcom

You can learn more about the Sale's mechanics and track your progress here.

The Monstrous Fall Sale starts off with a thunderous roar and hot deals – but check back every day for new offers, bundles, and announcements. The Sale will last until November 13, 10:59 PM UTC.

HunchBluntley: ...And you held your players' experience points hostage until they complimented your GMing ability? =D
avatar
mechmouse: NO, I kept the player hostage till they complemented my GMing. the XP was based from their level of gratitude.
...I am suddenly glad there is an ocean between us (but have I mentioned what a splendid gamemaster you probably are?). =P

It's not an ocean, it's a pond.
Since I already own Dex and Victor Vran there's no point in earning XP, right? I mean, you can't do anything with it besides unlocking the 3 games...?

You would still get promo codes for those games that you could gift to others. But, if you don't care about that, then yeah, there's nothing else the XP is good for (unless you're into competing on the leaderboard).

Pond, Matt Pond (PA). (This has nothing to do with anything; I just found it amusing, since I just finished listening to this EP when you posted that.)

Is there a delay on XP going through or something like that? Not getting any for the various tasks.

HunchBluntley: Do you mean to say that 15 francs off a 30 franc game is not "-33%", and that 3 francs off a 35 franc game is not "-60%"? I'm no rocket surgeon, but it all checks out for me!

Boilpoint: I think you're using the wrong term. It's rocket . <a href="http://www.gog.com/forum/general/make_way_for_the_monstrous_fall_sale_15135/post198" class="link_arrow"></a></div> [url=https://www.thinkgeek.com/images/products/additional/large/ea8c_rocket_surgeon.jpg]Rocket surgery.
Does one get a free LBA2 code if one already has game in one's library?

Yes. I did.
I made calculations of the XP you can accumulate by unlocking badges, checking in-daily and completing Twitch challenges and the result was 4300. Does that mean that this time we gotta buy a game or two to get the first unlockable game? Last time you could unlock the first game for free, just needed to wait until the end of the sale. How's it gonna be this time?

No code here, press the Claim button hours ago.

I've not checked my email, but in my Orders & Settings page it is shown as sent to my email and I can also see the gift code on this page (Orders & Settings). No idea why you wouldn't see it. I also claimed it hours ago (10 hours to be precise). Maybe contact support? Or wait a while longer to see if it'll appear on its own (GOGbear busy and all that...)

edit: grammatical errors

"Share the sale on Facebook or Twitter (500 XP)"

Sad for those of us who don't use any social media.

Then again, I already wasted too much money to get the three free games.

Just click "share" button. You don't have to login to get the badge.

It's enough to click the button, you don't need an account or have to be signed in.
What's with all the games under the "Ending Soon" tab? My interpretation of the FAQ was that everything stayed around for the whole sale once it was introduced. What did I misunderstand?
