2. Remember the importance of physical training. Bruce Lee knew that, that is how he lived a long and prosperous life of 32 years.
3. Eat your veggies.
4. Don't fart in a lift, even if you (think you) are alone in there. The next user will instantly notice it, and never forgive you.
If you really have to fart, fart into a small plastic bag and bring it to the closest biohazard disposal center. Or alternatively, open it in a crowded bus for shits and giggles.
