mrkgnao: Sort of. I created a text file where I list all the series and all the games in each series and I maintain it manually, updating it with each game release. The last word in low-tech.

You are too kind. MaGog maintains that I am her alter ego.

Wait, she can talk? And she's a she?

* whispers *
If that's her picture you carry around, I have to tell you something before she notices: check the number!
* sneaks out imperceptibly *

Oh. She talks. She talks so much that I can hardly hear the other voices in my head any more.

Cheers.
Why MaGog still shows my old wishlist? I updated my wishlisted (removed some titles and added some others) and used "Get from GOG". The message box confirms changes but when I search my wishlist, the result is from my previous wishlist.

I believe you may be referring to two unrelated things.

The information displayed under "Wishlisted by" is automatically updated from your public wishlists every six hours (next time in about one hour). If you're talking about this, you have to wait for the next update.

The manual "Get from GOG" operation updates the "My Tags" fields with "owned" and "wishlisted". If you're talking about this, note that the default behaviour only adds "wishlisted" and "owned" tags, but does not delete any. If you wish to allow delete (e.g. because you removed some titles from yur wishlist without buying them), you need to choose "Remove the wishlisted tag" in step 10 of "Get from GOG".

No. I know "wishlisted by..." is automatic. My problem is "Get from GOG". If a related screenshot is necessary, I will post it.

That's it. It worked. Thank you. :)

My pleasure. I love it when a plan comes together.
Hey! Do TES Arena and Daggerfall miss from MaGog?
EDIT: ah, they aren't even in Gog's catalog O_o

Since GOG doesn't have them in the catalogue, I had to invent my own solution.

They are considered part of the Morrowind "bundle", so their information (downloadable files, how long to beat, gogmixopedia, etc.) can be found under the Morrowind entry.

* Added support for Wishlist Extensions, to allow people in Germany and Australia to add regionally-blocked games to their wishlist as seen by MaGog (for more details, see here)

Cheers for adding this feature for our fellow GOGgers in Germany/Austria/Australia!

Question - does this require to have their wishlist already public and added to MaGog?

Yes. But if someone finds this a problem he can PM me and we'll see about finding a solution to work around it.

Cheers. Looks like the answer was already in the OP of the Wishlist Extensions thread, if only my Santa hat wasn't getting in the way...
