So any anti-town is considered scum? Never thought about it that way. Makes sense. I learned something today!

Question: What is the deal with the 33% SK kills? I may have misread or missed something, but I didn't get how that works.

Ninja is about no being seen when you visit someone. I prevents you from beeing spotted, but it doesn't mean he can't be targeted.
While CSPVG targeted him, he was watching other people (you specifically), not him.
If he tracked him or watched Krypsyn's visitors then he would see nothing. This way he got his result.
