We also made a promise to bring you many more cult-classics in the future and, believe us, we did not forget.

Today, with great pride and joy, we're excited to announce Wave II of Lucasfilm games on GOG.com! Starting right now, six new Star Wars™ classics are available in our DRM-free Lucasfilm/Disney catalog. This includes three amazing titles available, for the first time in digital distribution, exclusively on GOG.com:

Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II
Star Wars™: Dark Forces
Star Wars™ Knights of the Old Republic™ II: The Sith Lords™

Just in case you missed your chance last time, you can grab three more Lucasfilm classics for the same 20% discount, until Friday, January 30, at 1:59 PM GMT!
Star Wars™ Knights of the Old Republic™
Indiana Jones® and the Fate of Atlantis™
The Secret of Monkey Island™: Special Edition

Our Lucasfilm/Disney is made that much more impressive today thanks to our team-up with ©Disney Interactive. The 6 new Star Wars™ releases, which include 3 digital premieres exclusively on GOG.com, are barely the beginning. We're not saying more right now, but we know the wait will be worth it for six great reasons - keep watching the front page and stay tuned for more exciting Lucasfilm titles releasing on GOG.com when the timer strikes zero!

GOG I love you.

Let's keep this coming. This is the DRM free revolution I was thinking about.
Well, arrived home and after chasing my wallet who tried to hide from me, I bought Dark Forces, KOTOR 2 and Galactic Battlegrounds, Battlefront 2 will be wishlisted for now. Now, from my "top L.A. wishlist" list only remains the Jedi Knight series, Empire at War and Outlaws

gandalfnho: Hope thursday brings Outlaws, of the non-Star Wars Lucas Arts games is the one I really want

opeter2: Indiana Jones and the Emperors Thomb? :)

Don't remember hearing about this one, but looks interesting, but Outlaws continues being my first option (maybe Afterlife too)
This is great news, but... where are the Mac versions? Come on GOG, I know there were Mac versions of these games, heck, I owned most all of them back in the day.

Please don't let down your loyal Mac-using contingent! But still, kudos on all the great games available.
awesome releases, pretty much every Star Wars game I didn't already have access to is now on GOG. I can't wait for them to get more of the non-Star Wars stuff up though, like Curse of Monkey Island, Zak McCracken, Labyrinth, Day of the Tentacle, Outlaws, and Full Throttle.

SuuperTommy: Because it got cancelled when Disney bought LucasArts.
Not what I was talking about

This seems to be the line on why there were no Mac versions released.

Oh Mickey
You're so fine
You're so fine
You blow my mind
Hey Mickey!

Hey Mickey!

And GOG too of course :)
Any chance we will see Rebellion coming down the pipe?
I do really hope that the next batch are not Star Wars. Not that I hate SW or anything, but I am really looking forward to the non-SW's games.
The problem with so many LA games being good games is that knowing it is only 6 really means I will be waiting for too long at this rate....
That's nice.

Now release Tron 2.0 and The Curse of Monkey Island, tout suite!

It sounds like we will, according to GOG on Twitter:

Look at this, Mac Versions are nearly already confirmed, but might take some time...
...anyways: I love this wave of rereleases, (especially the "Digital Premiers"!) but I do really hope that ForceUnleashed will upon the next ones. Would love to get it on here course their is no DRM-free version to buy at all!

Oh, and of course I´ll buy all six of these! You´re doing great progress!

Thank you gog, for finally adding two of the great old games I have wanted to see on here most since first joining the site.
Holy crap....

You guys actually got Galactic Battlegrounds?!?

I honestly never thought I would see that game for sale again. I still have my non-functioning CD and jewel case for that game!

And done. Now it is mine again! And working this time! Thanks, GoG!

So... nebulous legal issues, great. In other words, it'll never happen. That's a bummer, I'd really love to play these games again.
