In order to get the DXVK_HUD, you should open the start.sh with a text editor and add this to line 2: export DXVK_HUD=full
Now you should be able to start the game with the HUD. When the game is launched please take a screenshot and attach it.

I'd say you try a clean install of WineHQ using Development branch for your distro.

To me, it seems DXVK isn't enabling Vulkan and Wine isn't able to recognize some of your drivers.
Someone may correct me though.

Hmm, weird. It shows that your GPU is not used at all. Maybe because the game is 32-bit. Could you try to run
sudo apt install libvulkan1:i386
and reboot? After this, try to run it again and see if anything changes.

libvulkan1:i386 is already the newest version (1.2.131.2-1).

OK, the games (i'm install batman arkham city) run with the prefix 32 (by default), but it doesn't do anything, they freeze anyway

Try sudo apt install mesa-vulkan-drivers:i386

Edit: Does any 64 bit game you own work through wine and do you experience problems with other 32 bit games using wine?
