I've bought paysafe card for 20 zł, to buy homam 3, which costed 9.95. There is no money at all in my wallet, help!
And there is no record of my transaction under my wallet ballance as well

Nothing. You can us the remaining funds from that paysafecard to make more purchases. You can combine a couple of codes in one purchase, if funds on that one code are not enough (if I remember correctly).

You can check how much money's left on that code on paysafecard page, just click on "Sprawdzanie dostępnych środków" and type in your code https://www.paysafecard.com/pl-pl/

By the way, GOG automatically sends an email with confirmation of your order and your purchases are listed in your order history: https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders
Er... well, I guess you already knew this.

Just make sure you keep that Paysafecard code, and any money left of it will still be yours to use for one year after purchase. Any remaining funds after one year will be taxed with a monthly fee, so basically drained right away (it's 10 RON here, and with the currencies being almost equal, may be 10 ZL... or possibly 8 or something like that, if you could buy a 20 ZL one, as here the smallest is 25 RON).
As it was already pointed out, can at any time use the PSC site to check the amount left on a code, and also see a list of payments made with it.
