TES: Arena is procedurally generated, albeit with a fixed seed for any given area.

TES: Daggerfall is procedurally generated, though the generation was, I believe, done ahead of time.

In either game, any given area (excluding random quest dungeons in Arena) will be the same every time, but there is a huge (in Arena's case, infinite, I believe) area to explore.

(To get these games on GOG, buy any Bethesda game.)

T.Hodd: If you want exploration & you've got a powerful PC, No Man's Sky is actually very good for looking around planets for hours on end. It's also got quite a nice story (Though I haven't finished it yet).
My PC can't handle the game .

Awww man, I loved it. :-(
BUT I can see how it would bore the piss out of people.
Depth of Peril, Din's Curse, etc ?

Spent quite some time on Depth of Peril (years before its arrival on GOG), it's like a fully randomized diablo world, but where you compete with AI heroes. And where the monsters grow stronger if you ignore them. Pretty frantic.

Both of those were released as a free download awhile back.

You don't have to buy another game. Just won't be in your GoG library if that's important to you.

I'd suggest Torchlight series. That's action RPG, similar to Diablo or Titan Quest.

Other than that, you should look on strategy games, like Heroes of Might & Magic III, Age of Wonders 3, Civilization IV, to name but a few.. Basically, you should look for a strategy game that has a Skirmish mode with random map generator.
I have seemingly a period of playing skirmishes in Cossacks now. Silly games must have taken 400h+ of my life. The games are heavily discounted right now too.

Ah! Here is a hot hint: If you have trouble in European Wars, play the other two instead (in the first anthology, that is). You can import the campaign from EW if you like to. Also, the speed needs to be set according to taste, capabilities and computer speed.

I think those are pretty good:
Don't Stave
FTL
Barony

I have a GOG-mix with plenty of procedurally generated stuff:
Every Roguelike I could find

While the procedurally generated music is annoying, this one got a pretty unique concept:

And there's FreeCell too!
