About six month ago, a young lady recommended a RPG set in Chernobyl. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of this game.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I can see what would cause somebody to label it an RPG (in the vein of first person action RPGs like those from Bethesda), as it shares some minor but typical elements with RPGs, like inventory management, quests, dialogue trees.

Definitely, and as you go along you get similar weapons and armour but with better stats.
