What makes you think he is not spam-voting the thread (and recreating it) himself in automatic manner? Three easy hints: 1) Even threads with politics in them survived so far. 2) He does have the skill and devotion required. 3) Fact that it started rolling and keeps going.
He knows the hole and he keeps exploiting it, and even offered exploit tools to the scammer-supporter. He is definitely not a whitehat.

Agree with 'amok', rogue-likes and rogue-lites might be worth a look, most of them are easy to learn and get into.

Some that I like: Darkest Dungeon, Sword of the Stars: The Pit, Battlevoid Harbinger, Starwards Rogue, Into The Stars, Hand of Fate, Duskers, Death Road to Canada, Brigador, The Flame in the Flood, Subterrain, Out There: Ω Edition, NEO Scavenger.

Try Crypt of the Necrodancer, that is definitely u vs all and lots of fun with great replayability, unlockables, awesome music, fun controls and more :-)

My choice of some of the most highly replayable games would be:

• Risk of Rain (several unlockable characters, lots of guns, gets harder the longer you play)
• Ziggurat (great variety of characters to play with)
• Alpha Centauri (this is a classic, although not very easy nor very fast)
• Anno 1404 (you won't get bored if you enjoy city builders)
• Dragon Age Origins (due to the different origins, you'll get to play it at least 6 times if you want to see everything)
• Dishonored (I can't get enough of it -- with each subsequent playthrough you'll try different things)
• Borderlands
• Diablo II
• Any RTS that offers skirmish battles such as C&C series/ Starcraft/ Age of Empires II
• Doom/ Doom II/ Final Doom (lots of WADS to keep you interested for a looong time)

FTL, one of the best games ever, imo; and you can't beat its replayability. (it's not easy at all though)

HoMM3 Complete and Majesty both have random map options, with varying size options.

I would have to say stalker shadow of Chernobyl has an amazing amount of replay ability due to all the different mod choices

I would say start the game with complete 2009 and you will love the hell out of the game, I played it maybe 12 times now complete the story and still going back to it just because it is damn fun to kill time on. :)

Majesty's random map is set off in a different area on the main screen (or was it a particular area on the "overworld" campaign screen?), and lets you set a number of options for playing a random map (like types of enemies, level of heroes, building restrictions, mission objectives, style of attacks (ex. rat hordes or fewer strong enemies)).

I think the HoMM3 random map generator wasn't available until one of the expansions. It is decent, though certain options (8 players on the smallest map size, single level) can get a little goofy (basically an open area with all the castles nearly on top of each other; marksmen are OP in this setting ;) ).

It's pretty for a true rogue-like. ;D

I'd play more casual/ less ragequit/ relaxing, even if totally different genre than rpg/arpg.

probably i'm a n00b, but also total casual games...but with some quality. not new android f2p rubbish.

though, even tougher games, if have longevoty together with immediate gameplay

I find Zombie Shooter infinately replayable.

True, I still play it with ASCII (I couldn't get used to having sprites and tiles in a roguelike) but I know that's not everyone's cup of tea.

It's turn-based, but King's Bounty: Crossworlds has decent replayability and is good for short periods of gameplay.
