It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I cannot log in to support, it just redirect to main page. Checked on Opera and Chrome.

I just checked and it works for me in Firefox and Opera.

May I ask why do you need to be logged in on support pages? As far as I can tell it doesn't change anything.

To tell the truth I don't know. Doesn't it track the request if you're log in? I just went to support and there is big button to login so i thought that I need to log in but it only redirect to main page.

Nope. Not anymore. We used to be able to track our tickets through that page, but that was years ago. It was called "My activities". At some point they disabled tracking. Then they switched from contact forms to this stupid chat bot that opens tickets for you. The bot is a new, completely separate system that is not connected to your log in, so you can chat with it no matter if you're logged in or not, and it will ask for your email either way.

Small edit: After they disabled tracking you were still able to check status of your ticket through a link in your emails. However, it looks like they're currently introducing a new email support system and even a link to your ticket got axed. So right now all you have is an email conversation with a support representative initiated through a chat bot, and no way of checking of status of your tickets.

Same on my end. The "Sign In" button just sends me back to the main support page over and over and over when I click on it (Firefox, LibreWolf). Imo you should be automatically signed in when you login with your normal user account. No idea why there is an extra login needed for the support section. I guess it's just there to annoy people just like everything else when it comes to the support on GOG lately.

In firefox I had to disable their tracking protection because it blocks zendesk for some reason. Not sure why because it happens since months ago and zendesk is generally legit service; maybe it's treated as cross-site cookies? Then it logged me in automatically.
