From what I understood, only installers are getting unbundling treatment, so it shouldn't have any effect on games in store and in gogmixes.

It won't make really make a difference, as the unbundling process will only affect one's library and not the catalog itself. For instance, even though Alien Breed+Tower Assault has been unbundled in my shelf, I can only select it as a bundle in the GOGmix.

The GOGmix is now live. Damn, I had to do it twice, because GOG bugged out on me.

Would be nice if GOG had DOS version of every DOS game they have here. I'd really like to play all of them on my tablet ^_^
