I would count them only if

1) they can be bought without base game

and/or

2) they are free on GOG, but not free everywhere else.

My only real criteria of keeping track previously is that it must be able to show up on GOGMix and that it is a universal giveaway, and not just limited to a few people. With the GOGMix function no longer working, I guess the first criteria is now moot. Second still holds though. I have a section on cross-site giveaways, but I don't actively look for those, unless people volunteers the information to me

Thanks for this. As mentioned, since the GOGMix function is now moot, it might be time to create a section on free DLCs. :) I'm a little busy now, but when I have the time, I'll create it. Thanks!
