IGN is making a launcher for Humble Choice, Humble Trove (now renamed Vault) and what seems to be an Amazon Prime-like subscription:

The announcement doesn't make it clear whether the games that can be downloaded from the browser now (Trove and Library) will keep available this way or just through the launcher, and it also doesn't say if they'll be introducing DRM through the launcher, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

And the launcher is for Windows only, so gamers that use Linux, Mac and, if it affects the classic library, Android too are out of luck.

Project EGG's games appear to be DRM free if you move some files around.
The store is a Japanese "Good Old Games", mostly of retro PC games (e.g. MSX, MSX2, PC-98, etc.)

Long version:
-Download the game you want with their launcher
-Go to where the game was downloaded (it's in a folder in the launcher's installation directory)
-Make a copy of the whole folder of the downloaded game somewhere else
-Launch the game through Project EGG's launcher and, before you close the game, copy the new exe file that was generated in the original folder of the game and paste in the copy folder you made before
-The game should be playable without the launcher now; you just need to launch the file ln.exe in the copy folder

I had to figure the process out mostly on my own, since the mention I saw about the store's DRM was very brief and didn't explain much, so hopefully I didn't make any mistakes or unneeded steps.

Groupees is a store that sells music, comics and games exclusively in bundles, and their game bundles, at least the recent ones, were almost always DRM free. And they mention in the bundle page if the games need to be activated elsewhere or if they're DRM free (hosted by the site itself).

If I remember correctly, but I still need to check again, DOSBox's license states that if it is used as a wrapper for other games, it must not have DRM. That means any stores that distribute games using DOSBox will have the emulator DRM free, and so far I have yet to see MS-DOS games released with DOSBox that aren't either DRM free themselves or include the method to access the game in a bonus file.

And Origin also has some of such MS-DOS games, like Syndicate (1993), Ultima Underworld 1 and Ultima Underworld 2, as well as having Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, which still includes the DRM free executable.

im only interested in not only drm free but steam account free cause i havent any. when i check indiegala i can see many and many valve icons

It's the Indiegala freebies that are DRM free (and portable, plain zip files)

I think the mention about Gumroad was missed.

Also, would subscription-based crowdfunding services like Patreon and Subscribestar count, since devs often share DRM free builds of their games in those services?

I thought it is something like Patreon, Ko-fi, or Kickstarter, so I did not list it on #1.

I think this thread is for people who want to buy DRM-free games in a store, or a video game section of a store.
Forums, fan-game websites, crowdfunding websites, or blogs could also be "video games digital distributors" sometimes, but I think they should be listed in another thread.
