I can see the similarities. Will definitely check it out when I get the chance. At first glance, it looks like a modern take on the style (unlike Shadow Tactics, which is a [great] love letter).
Korea: Forgotten Conflict https://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/korea-forgotten-conflict
Shadow Company: Left For Dead https://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/shadow-company-left-for-dead

Not available anywhere, I guess?
Not a good game of this kind, but I would also count Trapped Dead (Steam) to this.

It's good, REALLY good, but can be fantastically cruel later on, especially if you're like me and like to get all the bonuses.
I like this thread. I like stealth games, or isometric/action/whatever games that can be finished using stealth. I have played nine games from your list, finishing seven (some of them more than once).

I would add to the list these two games:

- Death to Spies
- Death to Spies: Moment of Truth

I have finished the first one (in a stealthy way) and it allowed to see the visual cones of the enemies in the map, a feature present in most of the games from the initial list (look at this image for example).

I have played Gunlok, and it probably fits in the list too. It's squad based, and have visual cones, but is less stealthy.
Rather than a thread, this kind of stuff belongs to GOGMix.

I remember Death to Spies was more like Hitman than Commandos (or later Desperados games), even though it had the trademark cones.

Watched a YouTube vid of Gunlok. Is it safe to say that it's reminiscent of Syndicate?
The Marvellous Miss Take
Serial Cleaner
Seven: The Days Long Gone

?
Hard West
Door Kickers
Xenonauts
Cannon Fodder 1 & 2 are simple games of these types but they're far too expensive on GoG.

Can't tell if you're being serious or taking the piss :P
"The Church In The Darkness" (confirmed to get a GoG release sometime this year here) looks like it could fit in too.

That looks dark and nasty and creepy.

I CAN'T WAIT!

Also, another great title is Soldiers of Anarchy.

I'd wishlist it but I don't know if there would be any point to that since I don't have any clue regarding current ownership or distribution rights.
