Coming back to my post in the second class citizens thread, I haven't gotten around to reading it yet, but I have a reply from Khatie and I see the unobtainable Eternal Arena Champion achievement for Banner Saga 3 has been deleted. So thank you very much Stoic for making the 3¼-year journey to get 100% worthwhile.
Edit: it was gone on the site, but stuck in GOG Galaxy. I had to delete C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage to force it to sync. Afterwards, I had to use Cogwheel - Add Games & Friends - Scan Folders for GOG Games.

I once again have to call out the complete garbage attitude from GOG support. They still haven't fixed two of the Banner Saga 3 forum links pointing to the General Forum, and they didn't remove Leaderboards from the list of features for Banner Saga -- which never had and never will have leaderboards here or elsewhere -- nor Banner Saga 3: Eternal Arena DLC, which is missing Leaderboards here on GOG.
In the past, I also couldn't convince the support agent that AVICII Invector has 4 difficulty levels, not 3, because it was updated after release. My report was supposedly "passed on to the product team" and of course nothing was fixed, as usual.
It shouldn't be impossible to convince this store to take down false or incorrect information that people use to decide whether to make a purchase.

On a similar note, the game "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut" still lists "Multiplayer" as a feature on the GOG store page, even though it no longer has that feature since the devs shut down the multiplayer servers last Fall and there is no other way to play multiplayer with that game. So currently GOG is falsely advertising multiplayer for that game, although I'm not sure whether or not GOG knows that.

Also directly related to the main topic of this thread, that game now has at least two Achievements that have become broken because they are unobtainable without multiplayer, namely "Never Walk Alone" in which you have to complete the game mostly in co-op, and also "Incredible Adventures" which you get for earning all other Achievements, except you cannot any more for the reasons I've just described.

Although the removal of the "Never Walk Alone" Achievement would - in theory, if that was the only issue - fix the problem of "Incredible Adventures" not working, without having to remove the "Incredible Adventures" Achievement too.

Except it seems like "Incredible Adventures" is also broken in and of itself too, and was so even before multiplayer was removed, given that it has a 0.0% unlocked rate on GOG.

I contacted the devs themselves in December of last year and I asked them to remove the now-unobtainable multiplayer Achievement from GOG, but I received no response from them.

Maybe GOG would do something about that, though. So far I haven't tried to contact GOG about anything that I've mentioned in this post.

Great, the achievement was actually removed and I added it to the secondary list "Achievements missing because the GOG version lacks some feature". It isn't good when GOG has fewer achievements, but if a feature is missing and the developers do nothing to reinstate it, it's the only solution.

Interesting and troubling. I had a quick look on Steam and perhaps the possibility of multiplayer through a LAN connection remained, but I didn't have time to look into it. The comments on Steam seem very confusing.

Does anyone know if The Uncertain: Light At The End is broken? I made two attempts and A Friend in Need... doesn't unlock. I looked at a video from someone playing the Steam version, and it's supposed to unlock before transitioning to the next area. So there's no way I could've missed it.

That could be correct, but there is also another plausible alternative explanation: in that the Achievement works for some people, but not others, even when they are using the exact same game version number, due to unknown factors in addition to, and other than, the game version number.

Like, for example, in posts #772-774 of this thread, wherein two of us cannot unlock a particular Achievement for Metro 2033 Redux, but yet another of us can do so and has posted screenshots of having done so while using the same game version number.

Downgrading to version 1.5 did the trick, at least as far as the early achievements are concerned. Unfortunately, there's no unlock notification because the overlay doesn't work (it was already checked and I also tried force-enabling it globally).

Those are all the games with 0.0% legendary achievements found by 저기, so the list might hide some games with broken achievements, but it could also simply be very difficult achievements or recently released games.

Yeah, there are unfortunately some strange isolated cases of non-functioning achievements for Metro or Wolfenstein: The New Order according to reports from other users. In these cases, I really wouldn't know how to find a solution other than deleting everything and redoing everything from scratch.

As Alexim said, it's a blend of broken and difficult-to-unlock/did not brother achievements, generously seasoned with (too) new/coming soon titles.

For example, Scarlet Hood's "Bonafide!" must be broken, right? Legendary 0.0%, supposed to pop when starting the game, players' comments in the game forum.
On the other hand, IMHO players of Disjunction ("No Witnesses") simply did not, brother.

Could you also please shorten the quote in your post please? My post is huge.

I ran into the same problem with Vesper: Zero Light Edition. And so it begins... is an unmissable story achievement, while A is for Android is easy to check early on. Neither unlocked in the current version. Downgrading to the previous version, 2.0.2.ZERO made them work.

Yeah, unfortunately I experienced this firsthand some time ago and added it to the list. I haven't tried to downgrade because I don't know how many important updates are lost.
