I made a long post debunking the flaws in the Broken Sword 2 devs' quoted reply, but then I didn't post it because I wasn't sure if this thread was the correct place to post it, since those devs might never read this thread.
And then I realized a new problem of the same nature has just cropped up in regards to the Terminal Cut versions of BloodRayne 1 and also BloodRayne 2.
They were recently given Steam Achievements, yet not given any Galaxy Achievements.
So, the Ziggurat devs should probably be contacted about that and asked if they have any intention to give GOG customers feature parity. Otherwise, if not, then GOG customers will have retroactively become second-class citizens in regards to those games.
EDIT: After making this post, I went and read the GOG BloodRayne board, and a customer there said Achievements have been added to the GOG version of BR1, but that they are invisible (according to that post). And that post doesn't saying anything about if the GOG version of BR2 has them or not.
And neither of the GOG store pages for those games have been updated to list them.
So maybe this is not an example of the Ziggurat devs neglecting GOG, but anyhow, further clarification about these matters is required (i.e. do those games both now have functional Achievements on GOG, or not? And if not, when will they?).
