I went through a bazillion guides to unlock this troublesome achievement. All were about the Steam version. So I think it's definitely a game problem.

Thanks. Yeah I saw your solution but had trouble finding my save file for the backup. Have tried several times (playing again, repeat the day, and also playing through the story without quitting out once) but nothing. Did send a request to Studio 11 but doubt they will do anything given that this is a old game.

Sorry, i have 2 questions if you dont mind.

1) where are your saves located? I searched in my C drive but dont find GOG galaxy where the saves seem to be for other users.

2) is there a specific order in which you have to unlock the events? Not sure where im going wrong since I have unlocked all 26 broadcasts and hearings looking through a guide but the achievement doesnt unlock. I also notice that in my game, Malik basically dies the day after the brewery event regardless wether you go to the squats or not (so I just stay in to get the last couple of conversations) and wonder if this is normal or not

Just paste %AppData%\11bitstudios\This War Of Mine into the File Explorer address bar and press Enter to go there. The variable resolves to the correct folder on your system. It's normally hidden, and the exact path depends on your Windows account name, so that's a handy way to get there without worrying about the rest.
As I said in my aforementioned post, you first need a save backup on the day of the last transmission. You finish the story, but the achievement doesn't unlock. You then exit the game and replace two specific files with the ones from the save backup. Then go back and do the final transmission again. As far as I can tell, this basically gets you +1 transmission than normal and it's what unlocked the achievement for me.

I can't speak for the annoying/problematic ones No chest left behind or I'm Winston Wolf. I solve problems as I had already unlocked them, but sure enough the previously impossible The Elderborn popped for me right after starting the most recent game version (1,08).

Master Artificer
Son Of Hephaestus
Survivalist

Thanks, how strange, a THQ Nordic game with broken achievements. Obviously I'm being ironic.

Have you tried contacting the official support of the game? With THQ you have to get in touch with them as soon as possible otherwise they will never fix anything. Titan Quest is still being updated so maybe there is some hope.

There are also other suspicious achievements that no one seems to have ever unlocked, maybe they are also broken, if you find out let me know.

Based on my previous experience, getting in touch with these gaming companies never gets done anything. Most of them are out of touch with their customers.
