Just a heads-up for Monster Bash HD, a lot of achievements in-game are either not tracking at all (shoot 10,000 times, collect 5 hearts while health is full, etc.) or are showing 0/0 for tracking (kill 50 zombies, defeat Nemesis 3 times).

GOG has individual progress per-achievement now? When did that happen? I don't see a GOG Galaxy update more recent than 2.0.43.71.

These HD games aren't that reliable. XD
It remains to be seen if it's just a graphical error or if it's impossible to unlock them, if I understand correctly. For now I added the game to the list with a note, thanks!

I think SCPM is referring to their in-game counterpart.

Ah. I see. A bit embarrassing that they messed up built-in achievements that don't involve someone else's software and servers.
ELDERBORN has a few meta-achievements that seem to trigger inconsistently.

No chest left behind
Gather essence from every chest in ELDERBORN.

I'm Winston Wolf. I solve problems
Purge all enemies in ELDERBORN.

These two didn't unlock, even though I completed the requirements twice on separate saves in single playthroughs and got the corresponding individual achievements they're comprised of (get all chests/kill all enemies in chapter 1/chapter 2). I eventually unlocked these when I replayed the game again on a wiped save with default settings.

The Elderborn
Unlock all achievements.

I can't unlock this at all. Naturally I got all the other achievements already. May pop on a completely clean default save redoing everything, but I don't feel like wasting time to test that.

EDIT: In case the game gets updated, these are the versions I tested. Played primarily on the current version but loaded my saves on older ones to try triggering something. Didn't help though.

1,037 from 2021-08-04 (current)
1,05 from 2021-02-25
1.037 from 2020-06-01

My savegames were incompatible with versions older than that, so I didn't try them.

Thank you Kevin04, at least "The Elderborn" achievement looks definitely broken.

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this kind of global achievement isn't working on GOG. Maybe GOG doesn't have an internal system for this kind of achievement while Steam does, and developers always make the mistake of not testing it properly.
Journey to the Savage Planet has a few broken achievements as reported here: https://www.gog.com/forum/journey_to_the_savage_planet/achievement_old_game_master_dont_work

Old Game Master
Assert your independence and beat Old Game Minus entirely in singleplayer.

Old Game Alliance
Tolerate another person long enough to beat Old Game Minus entirely in coop.

We came, We Saw, We Kicked Its Ass
Crack Cragclaw with a Co-Op partner. Teamwork really does make the dream work.

The last one was apparently unlocked by a couple of people, but not for us. The Old Game Minus ones are definitely broken.

Absolute Drift's achievements all work, but they are sometimes triggered with a delay for some reason. This can be a problem if you complete a requirement but quit the game before getting the achievement, effectively missing it for the current playthrough. This is especially annoying if you miss The Completionist (Complete all event challenges in the game.), so it may be worth to list this in the helpful hints section.

Kevin04: Journey to the Savage Planet
Absolute Drift
Thank you again, I've added the two games to their respective sections.

I'll take the opportunity to give some additional news to all readers, especially for those who don't use Discord.

I managed to tell GOG support about the existence of the spreadsheet, but they specifically told me that it would be useful to open individual tickets as specific as possible for the various games with broken achievements. Sometimes support can't do anything about it, but sometimes they manage to work with the developers to fix the issues. So if you find a bug, despite the fact that GOG support has become very slow, it can always be useful to try to contact them.

Finally, Inscryption achievements should be up and running by now.
Crystal Caves HD can be removed from the list. I unlocked all achievements without any problems at all on the current version (1.1.1.3 from 2021-02-19), including the reported Loadout and High on Extra Points.

Thank you, it's always a pleasure to remove a game from the list.
I just finished Bright Memory: Infinite on "Revenge" difficulty and NONE of the achievements for this game unlocked on my end.
Update about "Blue Fire".

In addition to the absence of the achievement icons, the latest version of the game, 4.2.0, BROKE the achievements, meaning they are not being unlocked. To avoid the headache, the player must play the previous version, 3.3.5.

The good news is that the developers, responding to a question from one of our collaborators on Discord, "inzsome", stated that they will check these situations, both the absence of icons in the achievements and the problem with version 4.2.0.
Thank you all for the latest news.

I'm going to wait a week or so to see if they can fix the achievements issues, since the game just came out and maybe they couldn't test them decently.

And thanks to Patias and inzsome, hopefully they can fix Blue Fire's problems soon!

Skargoth: Achievements for "Think of the Children" are broken. Tried both available versions 20171019 and 1.01.03, but couldn't unlock anything in either.

Edit: Nevermind. Just tried again on the newer version and I could unlock something. It's just the "Fashion Souls" achievement that's broken I guess. And I did get the "I'm not touching that." achievement by doing nothing and losing the game. Not sure if that's intentional.
I've tested the game in its latest version, and I think I figured out the "Fashion Souls" problem. The achievement is only triggered when using keyboard or gamepad controls, and not with the mouse. So it can be considered working.

I need to check out some other achievements in the game that no one seems to have ever unlocked, but maybe just because it's tediously difficult.

For Death end Re;Quest 1, I completed the criteria that should have unlocked the Achievement listed as "III" with the descriptor "Clear Chapter 3."

However, the Achievement failed to unlock for me.

If I close the game and then re-open it and load a saved game that is located in Chapter 4, then this Achievement for having cleared Chapter 3 still will not pop up on my account.

All of the other Achievements that I was supposed to earn seem to have been earned though, including the ones for beating the previous Chapters before 3.

anamorphic: Recently started playing Of Orcs And Men and achievements were going fine until today. Trying three times to get "Well Trained" and "Hand Shake" in Chapter 1, no luck.

(I had no idea achievements were such a problem with GOG Galaxy until seeing this thread. Might have to think twice about buying certain games on here where I might like to try for 100% completion... very disappointing)

Alexim: It's very strange, because I think Of Orcs And Men was released complete on GOG and never received any updates. The achievements were unlocked by a lot of people so they should work.
It's worth trying again by starting over if you feel like it, it may have been an occasional bug.
If your internet connection is not stable, some games on GOG are problematic, and the achievement will no longer be awarded unless you delete all data and start over.
I can confirm the problems. On my main playthrough, I only unlocked about half of the achievements I should have gotten. I even missed many mandatory ones, like "Finish Chapter 3". The triggers aren't downright broken however, as I was able to get 100% after redoing all I missed often enough. There was a fight near the end I failed many times. You're supposed to get an achievement for choosing a dialogue option right before the fight. Only when I retried for the 7th time or so, did the achievement eventually pop.

The way these triggers fail feels very random, couldn't make sense of it at all. The best advice I can give is to try it on a clean run with a very small number of saves, that at least seemed to increase the chances of unlocking. It will work if you really want to get them all.
