I will remain available even in the coming days for any clarification necessary, some bugs are difficult to fix since the developers of some games have not solved them even on Steam.

The latest patch fixed the Gwent achievements, you can take it off the list now.

Similar to Surviving Mars that has been corrected, even these three games are missing numerous achievements, is it possible to do something?

I added all the necessary data to the first post of the thread. Note that the missing achievements of The Adventure Pals break the achievement "Have my babies", which requires to get all achievements.

Did you try to contact support regarding Urban Empire or Stories: Path of Destinies?

Despite being advertised on the gamecard, there are no achievements for the Minecraft: Story Mode Adventure pass episodes.

I contacted a dev of Stories: Path of Destinies on Discord. I assume that they will be looking into it. Didn't bother contacting support for Urban Empire though. Might do it later.

Achievements don't work because there were some conflicts with the Galaxy SDK and the "remastered" update & it was a case of either releasing it here without achievements or not at all (which would've been a lot worse). You should still be able to use the old version with working achievements using the rollback feature.

What exactly are the broken achievements of Urban Empire? I've seen that there are many at 0.0%.

I met the requirements for "Decree becomes reality." and "Industry revolutionized!". I assume all of them are broken in the
current version. I will attempt rolling back to earlier versions as clearly people were able to unlock some of them at some point.

Today I also discovered with horror that not only the achievements of Moon Hunters are often bugged and to unlock them you have to start from scratch the game, but also that it's missing even 6 achievements compared to the Steam version.

Added Moon Hunters to the list.

I don't know if this is the case here, but that's usually if they are multiplayer or steam workshop related achievements.

That's not the case, I have already contacted the developers to see if they can solve the problem.
