Fictorum has received an unknown update that may or may not have fixed the problem with the achievements. If someone plays it let me know.

Multiple achievements for Shadow Man Remastered didn't unlock for me after installing the new patch and launching the game. A good amount of them did unlock but the ones I marked red in the screenshot didn't even though I completed all of them.

GOG version is missing 13 achievements. GOG (11) vs. Steam/Stadia (24)

I sent a ticket to support, they acknowledged it as a backend publish bug, but so far nothing has changed.

Stronghold Warlords

Not bugged per se, but I have noticed that ALL unlocked achievements have been wiped. I contacted the Devs but still waiting for a response.

Ah, so that's why I can't get that True Detective achievement. Yeah, noticed that one too. Everything else unlocks, except Eye of the Seagull, and thus no True Detective is possible.

Thank you, if nothing else, they are among the few who have kept their promise to add achievements after launch. Do you know if those achievements are unlocked by replaying the necessary parts? In that case, while extremely annoying for those who have already completed the game, I wouldn't consider them completely bugged.

Regarding Stronghold Warlords, I know for sure that the developers have the power to reset the achievements of all users, because it has already happened and I think it's also explained in the official Galaxy documentation. They probably made a mistake and I don't think there's any way to restore them with the original unlock dates.

Yeah, on their website they have an email for support but they never answered me, if you have time you could try to write them too, or try to contact them on Discord. Who knows if they will ever fix this bug.

It should work when you have save files available that are not right before the final boss fight. I did the final boss fight again for example and beating him again unlocked the "I am the Lord of Deadside" achievement.

Some achievements that are still locked for me would only unlock on a new playthrough since I've no second chance to complete the needed task (Finding the L'Eclipser, opening a Soul Gate, defeat a True Form) due to only having a save file right before the final boss. The earlier in the game your save file is the better.

Due to a technical error, all Achievements were reset on the Galaxy platofrm. Unfortunately we have looked into this and have no way of recovering the lost data.
Galaxy have told us though that any players that contact them with a list of achievement can have them reinstated manually.

No problem! Hopefully they can fix the bug.
As I feared, unfortunately GOG support can't unlock them with the old original unlock dates, but better than nothing.

You forgot the invisible achievements, next will be the shape-shifting achievements.

Mad Max has an achievement, 'Up to the Task' that can't be completed normally anymore due to the servers being taken offline, which were required for two of the challenges. But it is theoretically possible to get this achievement by using a save game from Steam:
