So, one less entry on Alexim's list.
On Exophase they just mention 5 Gog trophies, but as you have the whole package of 41 (as on steam) - so i guess it´s up to Exophase to fix this. :-)

Exophase can't detect Infectonator 3: Apocalypse achievements because the game is affected by the invisible achievements bug on GOG. However, if a user registers on the site and starts unlocking them, then Exophase starts detecting them as well.

Since all the Infectonator 3: Apocalypse achievements seem to be working I removed the game from the master list.

Unfortunately it has been reported to me that the Terminator: Resistance achievements no longer work in the current version of the game, so I added it to the thread list.

Mark of the Ninja: Remastered, is a game with constant failures in achievements, and this problem is present on all platforms. In my case, I finish the game, but during the course a series of achievements in history were not unlocked. I am leaving a link below a topic created on the "Trueachievements" website, where several Xbox players report on the problem, and this has been going on for a few years. Apparently I will have to delete my file and save to try again. At least this problem is not exclusive to us.

Apparently the problem occurs in two ways: if you are offline or if the game crashes after completing a level. This causes some achievements to be broken. In my case, at least five times my game crashed after winning a level and the game closed alone.

Great, Alexim. I just got 100%, so I can confirm that, in case any achievement breaks, just uninstall the game, delete the saves and restart a new file. Yes, it can end up being frustrating, but it is the only way to solve it. At least it works.

The Shovel Knight devs finally replied to my email from May about achievs.
Sadly, it's a negative answer:
As for achievements, unfortunately, development for Treasure Trove is complete and the team is already hard at work on many new projects. I'm apologize for the inconvenience.

Thank you for trying.

The usual excuse, I had contacted them a long time ago when they were still working on the game and the various expansions, and they had made empty promises. Of course now it's too late and I imagine it will always be too late for developers like these.

Here's an odd one. The Gateway Trilogy on GOG has one additional achievement that Steam doesn't have, but there's no apparent way to unlock it:

It's entirely possible that it's a functional achievement but the conditions to unlock it are presently unknown.
The achievement in question is the one titled 'End Shift'.

I had noticed the presence of this exclusive achievement, and it's interesting that no one has managed to unlock it so far.

It could simply be an achievement that was later discarded, but somehow made it into the GOG version, so it doesn't really work, or it could really be hiding some secret. It would be necessary for the community of the game to know about it, or try to contact the developers.

I'll try to investigate, maybe as soon as I get a chance to buy and try the game myself.

Not sure if it's known or if it counts at all, but Batman Arkham Origins and Harvey's New Eyes only log achievements if Galaxy is running. I'm missing a whole bunch, but at least I was wary enough to start Galaxy when finishing the games, so at least these are logged.

Thanks for the tip, but if these achievements work online then I wouldn't include them in the list.
Unfortunately there are several games that don't unlock the achievements unless they are played online, despite the GOG documentation clearly stating that their system is designed to unlock them offline as well (playing offline and then logging in at least once to sync the achievements with the Galaxy database).

Olija is missing the achievements. Tried unlocking them according to their Steam descriptions. I met the requirements for at least three of them and got nothing. So either the information on the store page is wrong or they just haven't been implemented (correctly).

Maid of Sker and Monster Jam: Steel Titans appear to have Galaxy achievements now and may be removed from the 'missing' list.
