The "All endings" achievement is broken on both GOG and Steam. If anyone has it, it is because they made use of illegal programs or manual changes to the game files.

The "Let's be friends!" Achievement, which describes playing a local or online game, is not working when playing locally. I can't confirm if it works when playing with someone else online.

The achievement "Master of Switches" works, but in order to be able to obtain the player must perform a different action than the correct one.

At one point in the story, the player must solve a puzzle by hitting the position of some levers. Doing it right, however, does not unlock the achievement. During the puzzle the player must click on the "jump" option. This will unlock the achievement on time.

I think Trails in the Sky 1 has multiple broken achievements. I can't think of the names now, but i got two of them that were totally irrelevant to where i was in-game. I hadn't even met the character it was about.

It's a mix of all of this. In this specific case I have almost all these games and I also could communicate directly with the developers, while the rest is reported to me by some friends or I see the achievements appear in the feeds. Sometimes this isn't enough, because the achievements of some games not only don't have the specific tag, but are also "invisible" in their profile until someone gets them.

It seems a fairly common bug that can be easily fixed but GOG or the developers of the games in question don't seem very quick to fix it. Some games that I think suffer from this bug are: Nantucket, Driftland, Fantasy General II, FORCED SHOWDOWN, Speed Brawl and maybe even the recent Mutazione.

Ruiner finally has all the achievements so it's been taken off the list!

Vampyr just got updated and according to Galaxy now has achievements.
Edit: False alarm - the game was updated and I was able to see the list of achievements but they disappear after a few seconds.

Hi, did you manage to unlock the achievement? I've seen in the statistics that it's common. If it isn't completely blocked we can consider it a temporary bug.

Pine had achievements added to GOG.

Don't know if it's just me, but I had no luck unlocking the Witching Hour achievement in DreadOut (playing DreadOut on a Thursday night).

I managed to unlock it later into the game, I'm guessing it was either fixed, or it had something to do with that I had fought the battle, forgot to get the achievement like the guide said, and reloaded an earlier save just to get it(and was planning on going back to my normal save after I got it).

Killer is Dead: Nightmare Edition

NOTE 1: This game has a problem that you randomly fulfill the goal of an achievement but it is not unlocked. You must restart the game and perform the same action again. All Killer is Dead achievements are susceptible to this, so it's important to keep an eye out.

NOTE 2: The achievement of the name "Perfect Killer", which aims to get all the achievements of the game, is not working. Here, record that I contacted DeepSilver and they did not provide any solution to the problem.

Ys: The Oath in Felghana

"Forever Alone" and "Hardt Laid Bare" achievements are not working. The goal of both is to escort two specific characters in all game difficulties. I performed the action (which was very time consuming and difficult) but none was unlocked.
