It would get banned now too. Penis and flying member of the patriarchy. Not allowed in either singular or dual-purpose mode. I suppose it would get a pass if you painted a gay rainbow over him as he flew through the air, followed by the words IT GETS BETTER as he slammed into the coffin.

This pretty much spoiles the ending.

Awesome. Take that you hipster shit!
I haven't gotten around to playing it yet, but I think it looks really good and just my sort of thing!
With that being said, I don't hold out any hopes of it appearing on GOG any time soon, unfortunately.
I just doubt Square Enix will do it. :(

I'll probably wait for all of the episodes to be released and hope that a physical PS3 version is released and get that. :p

Square Enix has high expectation of this game, and it is selling very well on Steam. I doubt they'll put it up here anytime soon.
Watching an LP of it. Its basically a game with some excellent and well done "moments" surrounded by the most cringe worthy dialogue that I have ever seen.
If the game knew how to balance or counter balance it's cheesyness to have a focus, at least the dialoque and how they handle the character backgrounds it could be good and now with the happening they can take the focus more on the setting than the character backgrounds now, I mean I don't know how the game made that pretentious (the most subtle thing you could do to at least seem smart is prententious? that is a bad whooper if I ever saw one), but now they have room to improve, specially since that cheesyness converts to being a good point when the shit hitted the fan. (and then it redeems itself, seriously it made the game look like fucking gold)

Well.... yeah. :)
When I first booted the game I also thought that lines and voice acting are kinda hard to swallow.
I just learned to look at it as typical teenage drama about typical teenagers.

Did you watch an LP of the first ep.? In episode 2, you almost don't notice the cringe (or can tolerate it) and in Ep. 3 the action is so gripping that there's just no time for cringe.

Although, I'll say that Life is strange is not a game you would want to watch a LP of, instead of playing it. (Emotional impact and all that)

[snipped the spoiler part]
I absolutely agree. Whereas I could relate to robots, in Primordia (not even humans), and most definitely to The Cat Lady's own Susan Ashworth, I tried watching a Let's Play of this game and I got tired by all the millenial-hipster narcissist "selfie"-centered with "social equalitarian" plot with terrible written dialogue and an artistic direction that was clearly chosen to appeal to the self-entitled hipster tumblr crowd. I fail to see where in this game will there be something remotely able to make me connect emotionally or otherwise. It's a bunch of annoying millenial teenagers in a game trying way too hard to depict the hardships of high school life, but the teens being depicted end up coming off as bratty, annoying and not interesting at all. I can't relate to anything I've seen of the game, so far.

And though I see myself as some sort of "male feminist", when you seem to force the subject matter it just feels tailored for hipsters, the way too vocal annoying minorities who like to complain because they feel part of a larger thing, not just the self-centered, self-obsessed teens they really are, and to feel they are doing "the right thing" that all the "edgy" hipsters are doing, with little to no thought or serious reflexion supporting why they stand by what they do or why they think the way they end up thinking.

Honestly, as someone who loves the more experimental types of games, and as one who grew up on point-and-click adventures, this game had the potential to be right up my alley, but it does way too many things wrong, in my opinion, and ends up being nothing more than a pseudo-intellectual attempt at experimental "edgy" storytelling that caters to the opposite end of the fratboy/dudebro spectrum, the self-entitled narcissist millenial hipster who thinks they're cool and "emotional" and relevant. And... deck.

lmao would be fun if you had not written spoilers. That'll teach people not to jump into specific title's discussion... in a hard way.
