Why is this game not on GOG?

Made by DONTNOD, the makers of Remember Me, this game is pure gold, well worth getting. You play as Max Caulfield, an art school student who gains the power to reverse time. This is a nicely done mechanic that allows some interesting gameplay. Can't tell you much about it, as it would be in the spoilers territory.

Ask Square-Enix. When was the last time they released a new game here?

Life is strange, when GOG's a stranger.....

Just to paraphrase a song...
I've posted in the wishlist entry, but I'll say it again here: Having seen some of the first chapter via a Let's Play, I believe that I'd love to buy this game on GOG. It looks like something different, and quite lovely, and with a central mechanic and story that--in what little I've yet seen of the game, at least--looks rather promising.

Will it arrive here? One may hope...
seems to be heavily protected by DRM now so that the sales are not lost... maybe later, once the publisher is rich enough from it, they'll allow it here, in the free-for-all swamp of drm-free titles...
I broke my Square Enix boycott (may whoever gave Microsoft a timed exclusive for Rise of the Tomb Raider be damned for all eternity) to buy this game, and it was worth it. Really cool art style, interesting mechanics, and an atmosphere like a cross between Veronica Mars and Twin Peaks.

I particularly like the way it doesn't infodump- new information is revealed in a way that makes it feel like you're discovering it for yourself (by listening to well-written dialogue or internal monologue), rather than characters turning to the camera and saying "I will now explain this information that one or both of us already knows for the benefit of the player"
DeeAreEmm

Maybe I'll buy it for 2 bucks in a year or two.
