My OP got downrated 5 points! I'm so proud!! :-)

Fragments of Him is a sepia-toned exploration game about grief. Here's a review!

And then there's the movie Gaming in Color. The reviews I have seen looks quite positive.
Edit: Wishlist here!

valiant243: Whoa, it's been so long since I played TLJ that I can't quite remember the LBG element in it. Is it one of the male friends of April that's gay?
The Border House where April lives in the beginning is run by a lesbian couple, Fiona and Mickey.
1) In the witcher series there are many LBGT nps, in some titles major ones, on other titles minor ones. Examples are: Dethmold and Phillipa (phillip is also a male name in real life) in 2, the hunter in White Orchard in 3. In 2, the player thankfully has the choice to REMOVE the LBGT content and this is wonderful. I LOVE games with LGBT content when they give you the freedom of choice to either not come in contact with it, or remove it yourself through choice/action... I only don't like them when said content is forced, ham-fisted and the choice to remove it yourself does not exist.

2) Some certain Nintendo titles. Big controversy and epic clashes on that field. Not my expertise. I stopped Nintendo-ing for well over 20 years now or something. Even in emulation, i only play the ancient games of their collection, never the newer ones and again, not that frequently. Something with Emblem of Fire, i think?

3) Siege of Dragonspear. I ain't touching that discussion, again. Or the Beambard will give me nightmares in my sleep.

4) Mortal Kombat X. Kung Jin. Over and out.

5) GTA San Andreas. OG Loc and the Mexican co-prisoner of him which you waste together during a mission.

6) Something i heard about Mass Effect or something, but i never got to play them and that isn't going to change.

All in all, that is my experience on the matter. Once again, just to clarify, because certain people WILL rush to twist my words: " I ACTUALLY LIKE GAMES WITH LGBT CONTENT, BUT ONLY IF THEY ALLOW ME THE CHOICE TO SKIP THAT CONTENT OR REMOVE IT THROUGH GAMEPLAY, CHOICE, ACTION; AND WHEN THAT CONTENT IS WELL IMPLEMENTED, FITS THE GAME AND IS NOT HAM-FISTED AND FORCE-FED ". Under this condition, i repeat: " I LIKE GAMES WITH LGBT CONTENT " !

Leroux: The Border House where April lives in the beginning is run by a lesbian couple, Fiona and Mickey.
Oh wow, I've TOTALLY forgotten about that. Thanks for reminding me! Now I don't have to agonize over something I might have missed over a decade ago. =)
Life is Strange hints at one of the characters possibly being lesbian, and you can decide about the player character, Max, yourself.

Star Trek Elite Force allowed you to play a female character, while keeping the love interest with a female officer.
Elite Forces 2, the same character is male (no gender choice) and married to previous love interest, so there is a potential (even disturbingly forced) transgender in this game.

Not in any latin based languages. In what language is philipa a male name?

KiNgBrAdLeY7: Phillip/Phillipus.
Phillipa/fillipa is the female version of Philip.
Ha ha, apparantly I've just managed to get what must be my first downrepped post ever? And for no apparent reason. Maybe I've finally got a nemesis of my own? Someone to give me all that attention I crave! This is so exciting! :D

EDIT: Oh, never mind. It seems it was just a brief affair ...

The FIFA series.
Mafia 2 has some gay rapists that you get to beat the living crap out of.
Just remembered that in Redshirt, the character creation screen is set to bisexual as the default, and there is a slider to select the degree of male/female in your gender.
Attachments:
Giantbomb has a list of videogames containing sex changes:
Saints Row, Crystalis, Baldur's Gate, Blood/Blood II, Mortal Kombat, Darkstalkers and Dark Souls II

And some people really REALLY don't like this here visual novel called Gender Bender DNA Twister Extreme

The game Rust assign a random gender and race to the players, which they cannot change. Really originally idea, but it did upset some folks.
The threads title is pretty clear: "LGBT stuff in games" If you think this particular subject is going to cause you mental distress, why do you open the thread, gets offended and downrep me? Wouldn't it be easier to just stay out of the thread?
