There are transgender characters in all of the Baldur's Gate games.

In Baldur's Gate, there is the transgender ogre.

In Siege of Dragonspear, there is a transgender cleric (apparently - I haven't played it).

And in Baldur's Gate II, there is... 'Edwina'. :/

There are also numerous VNs featuring same-sex action, none of which I will be linking to here. :)
