In all Dragon Age games you have bisexuals, gays and lesbians. And you can even romance them or be one yourself.

Edit: Also DA: Inquisition features minimally one transgender person.

Hmm, exhaust humpers were mentioned at some point, right? Stick Shift (NSFW) might fit the bill!

KasperHviid: And then there's the gay trait in Rogue Legacy. Sadly this came off somewhat homophobic, despite the designers good intentions. It would have been more clever if they had added a hetero trait instead.
I didn't see it as homophobic, personally.

That trait even has a nice effect on the ending, should you happen to complete the game with a character with that trait.

(Note that pink bows in the hair represent female characters in this game.)

I'm really pleased with the way this thread this going. I've been reading up to page 4 so far and mostly they're suggestions of more titles that has LBGT content in it. Even KingBradley had a positive post. Maybe there's hope for this community after all :-) (actually, that's more a 'I'm happy' smile than a joke). I've not read page 4-7 yet. If the thread did go downhill after all, it will automatically transform the first sentence of this post into sarcasm.

Sithicus: Because I'm not gay and despite not caring what people do in their own bedroom I've had enough of
political correctness, so called divercity and LGBT forced down my throat.

tinyE: Don't you think gay people have a right to be pissed about having heterosexuality crammed down their throat?
It shows bad taste to reply to a post just to say you're agreeing, but I very much agree with TinyE. I can't understand people who feel homosexuality is 'forced down their throat'. Look at mainstream media, movies, pop songs, rock songs, games and look at billboards on the street, people holding hands or kissing on the street: how many times is HETEROSEXUALITY forced down your throat? Many, many, many times a day. You can't go into town or turn on the TV or the radio without heterosexuality forced down your throat. Nuff said.

Third post in a row: @KasperHvid: maybe it's an idea to edit your OP with all titles mentioned added to the OP? Would make a nice bucket list.

And has anyone made a LHBT-in-games GOG mix yet? (does GOG have a search function for GOG mixes? I don't know how to search the mixes).

fronzelneekburm: Magna Cum Laude (which is, despite what you may have heard, actually worth checking out) features a gay bar called "Spartacus".
It doesn't stop there, the game features all the letters from LGBT.

Hey, good idea - I just did!

I also added the ones mentioned in aeazel's gog-mix. (Hope this is okay)

I miss Dragon Age: Origins in the list.

Two companions are bisexual (or rather, PC-sexual, as they can under the right circumstances fall for the PC whichever gender is chosen for the main character): Zevran and Leliane.

In the brother 'The Pearl' you can choose from both male and female prostitutes, regardless of gender, if you ask the proprietor what fun can be had (or words in a similar vein).

It's too bad, but adding Dragon Age: Origins is not technically possible. I mean, really! The list seem to have hit the max length for a forum post.

My OP currently contains 9955 characters, so I guess that something about 10000 is being the limit. Tried adding Dragon Age: Origin, but no dice :-/

Here are the entries that are missing from OP:

Dirty Bomb
Has a waifu beater. She is also German and has a cute accent.

<span class="bold">Stick Shift</span>
Gay-car indie game. While most porn games are commercial and uninspired, this one has a personal and artsy feel. I wish there were hetero-oriented games like this.

Dragon Age (Series)
Bisexuals, gays and lesbians. And you can even romance them or be one yourself. Also DA: Inquisition features minimally one transgender person.

<span class="bold">Nostradamus: The Last Prophecy</span>
Point and click adventure where you play a woman who for practical reasons has to disguise herself as a dude.

KasperHviid: *snip*
If you still keep this thread going under all the downvoting fire, I think no one has even mentioned Dreamfall Chapters.

Canon gay black protagonist, gay blue antagonist, an underage lesbian couple, and a heap of allusions that 200 years in the future, no one gives a shit about heteronormativity anyway.

BTW, I think that OP list hasn't reached its technical max length, only its technical restriction of max links. :)

Thanks Vainamoinen! I tried updating the list without adding links, but no dice - so here's a page of -

(What is it called, those letter that are added to a book with info or correction which were missed in the print)

- anyway here's such a page:

Even The Ocean
TheLoneWolf66 (gog reviewer) said: "Though, honestly one of the best things about Even the Ocean is its world. Diversity is portrayed in just about every faucet in the game's world, and it never calls attention to itself. Diversity isn't a "feature" of the game, instead it's embedded into the narrative and the characters, never feeling forced, but instead building a better and believable world"
BTW, I just found this massive blog post about the ideas behin 'Stick Shift', a game about pleasuring a gay car:

SPOILER FOR TECHNOBABYLON

I don't know if it's been mentioned yet...but in the adventure "Technobabylon" from Wadjeteye Games there's a transsexual character. It's one of the main characters, a female police officer, and in a dialogue it comes up that she was born as a boy but later had a sex change procedure. The game is set in the later half of the 21st century and as I understood it sex change then is possible even at the cellular level so the transformation is total.
I have to admit I could have done without that, seemed a bit forced (and the game had some other elements that seemed a bit too much centred on US culture wars...it is mentioned at one point that there's civil war in the US and that Texas has been taken over by religious fundamentalists). But since it's an excellent adventure game with top class puzzles I could live with that.

low rated
I've never seen a transsexual character being less "forced" into a game than in Technobabylon, but I do agree with morolf in that this is a case worth mentioning, though I think it should come with some kind of spoiler tag.

Lao tells this simple fact about her past life to ease tension that was mounting after her partner accidentally revealed something very personal about himself. She still reveals it matter-of-factly, in just about two lines of dialog, and it's never mentioned again. It becomes just a bullet point in her past life, and no one, in particular not the player, would ever question her femininity, although she's never ever sexualized.
