Granted. The official Planescape Torment 2 is announced and in development. However, it's mainly going to be an MMO, and it's going to require a persistent internet connection in order to play, and it will have other features such as micro transactions, social features, and quick time events. Oh, and the writing also sucks.

I wish for a version of Wine that runs absolutely every Windows game and program perfectly.

Granted, but it only runs on Amiga systems.

I wish for some actual wine, in the meantime.

Granted. You cast the water sign, followed by Shah technique and you heal completely in less than half a day.

I wish i could perfect my hanbo-jutsu (my movement is still very clumsy in this, even though it is only the 8th kyu, first weapon).

Granted. This wish actually becomes true, unlike other ones you made, so now you're permanently out of wishes. Now you can't wish any more, even if you had a chance of making a wish come true! AHAHAHAAHAHAHA!!!!

I wish for a year's supply of Mighty Putty.
