I wish all animal tormentors suffer ostracism and contempt from society in a effective way, until they abandon their behavior and repay their evil deeds.

Granted, but unfortunately the animals themselves ostracize and treat those tormentors with contempt and make them pay and abandon their evil deeds, before humans might do all that. Perhaps the animals themselves would go as far as ostracizing human from animal kingdom.

I wish we could see extinct animals reappear for ever.

Granted, but strangely after that all your favorite shows simultaneously either reached finale episode or cancelled for good.

I wish I could have all tasty cuisines around the world sold here in my town at average prices as other local cuisine.

Granted. You have the ability. But you lack awareness of time, so that you are rewound/advanced/stopped along with everything else and so you don't notice any change.
