In this game the task is to corrupt/rewrite in funny manner sayings, known oneliners and the like.
I start with one example:

"One small fart for a man, but a giant smell for mankind."

A new rule: Tell us the original saying and it`s meaning after you corrupted it.

Great idea, op.

A "great" man once said something along the lines of: "Bork me once, shame on you....Bork me twice, and I won't be borked again."
"Ask not what I can do for you, but how much you can pay me."
Give a man a fish and he'll be fed for a day; teach a man to phish and he'll feed himself using your credit card.
That one movie whose name I don't remember right now (it was a comedy with that 40 year old virgin and Antman actors, so I'm sure I could find it in imdb.com) taught a good way to corrupt sayings.

Tactically leave the ending away from the saying or phrase or a line of a song, like:

Some might say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not... (...the only one.)

Mind is a terrible thing... (...to waste).

Give a man fire and he'll be warm for a day. Set him on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.
With great power comes great fun..
Two of my favorites from Terry Pratchett:

Build a man a fire, keep him warm for the night; set a man on fire, keep him warm for the rest of his life.

1: Well, you know what they say, "If you want war, prepare for war."
2: I believe the saying is, "If you want peace, prepare for war."
1: Hmmm... No, no, that wouldn't make sense at all.
You can't make an omelette, without breaking hens...

There are no rules without exceptions, for me.

Kill everyone by throwing the first stone in the glasshouse

I'll be back, in there!

Eat ships and die! (chips/ships)

Never judge a (pms) girl by her smell.

With great power comes a huge caramel!
(I don't know if there is a similar saying in other countries, but in Norway when we get an electrical shock, we call it "getting a caramel")

Speaking of misheard songs:

Mankind must put an end to Google, or Google will put an end to mankind!
