This weekend, we're celebrating the 11th anniversary of GOG.COM's launch. We've been preserving classic games for over a decade now, hand-picking unique modern indies, and sharing all of them DRM-free. Time flies, right?

There's no better way to celebrate this round-plus-one anniversary than with even more games! That's why, together with Anuman Interactive, we're bringing back the classic version of XIII! This unique shooter from 2003 will make you feel like you’re playing a living comic-book, as you chase a gang of conspirators that framed you for murdering the President of the United States. With David Duchovny as the voice of your protagonist, this is a game you simply cannot ignore.

That's not all, as more highly requested games join our DRM-free catalog today! Battle through an onslaught of monsters in DUSK (-25%) with its retro visuals, powerful guns, cross-play multiplayer, and the exclusive THE GOGATORIUM map for the endless mode. Platforming more your style? Explore a fantasy world and crawl through dungeons in procedurally-generated adventure platformer Chasm (-35%). Finally, take a trip to Mars to master your skills and discover the secrets of the Red Planet in two exciting RPG titles - Mars: War Logs (-75%) and The Technomancer (-65%).

We also asked the GOG.COM team what they've been playing recently and picked their brains to learn more about their favorite titles on the platform. Why? To bring back the classic tradition of GOG.COM Staff Picks and provide gamers with great deals on some of our most outstanding and memorable titles. Grab The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Game of the Year Edition (-70%), Pathfinder: Kingmaker (-50%), Kingdom Come: Deliverance (-50%), Dead Cells (-33%), Stardew Valley (-25%), Hollow Knight (-40%), Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Complete (-75%), Gothic (-75%), Dungeon Keeper 2 (-75%), The Mystery of the Druids (-75%), and many more up to -80%, all hand-picked by our staff!

Discounts for new releases are valid until October 10th, 1 PM UTC and the GOG.COM Staff Picks deals are available until October 7th, 1 PM UTC.

We would also love to know what some of your favorite games are! How many of them are already available on GOG.COM and which ones are you still waiting for?

HAPPY BIRTHDAY to GOG
My best wishes to everyone connected to GOG, the staff, the users, the devs.

Some of my favourite games on GOG:

The Witcher (1 and 3) | Stardew Valley | Children of the Nile
Banished | The Tiny Bang Story | Hard West | Mount and Blade: Warband
Gemini Rue | Broforce | Stacking | Saints Row 2

Some games I would like to see on GOG

Max Payne | Skyrim | Red Dead Redemption | NieR: Automata
American McGee's Alice | The Sims (2) | GTA series | The Harry Potter Series
Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Mankind Divided

Also, how good a deal are Night in the Woods and Dead Cells on current discount?
EDIT: And the first two Secret of Monkey Island games, they are remakes right? Do they match the best discount?

I can't believe that GOG is only 11. Feels like it's been around for more then that. Can't imagine a world without GOG. A were everything has DRM! No thanks. I wouldn't call myself a gamer if that were the case.
Happy birthday, GOG!

KainXVIII: Celebrating 11th anniversary with no new DOS releases. This is sad.
DOS?

Here is to several more years of prosperous business where both the buyer and sellers win!

I fondly remember discovering GOG back in 2011. I was searching for [Realms of Arkania: Shadows Over Riva] on eBay and Amazon. All the listings were way too expensive, but someone mentioned in a review that they bought their copy on GOG and the rest is history. GOG opened a door back into the past when i could not afford many of the games that i wanted and offerred them here DRM free for a cheap price. I was able to buildup my collection of hard-to-find games for cheap. The GOG forum also eventually led me to Steam and the digital download revolution. I will be forever grateful to GOG for their vision on affordable retro gaming.

Thank you and Happy 11th Anniversary!!!

GOG.com: which ones are you still waiting for?
It's been ~4 years since Pajama Sam was released. I am extremely grateful for that but I'd also like to see you and
Tommo/Retroism/Humongous work out a deal for the rest of the Humongous games please (at least the adventure games - Spy Fox especially, Freddi Fish, Putt-Putt). obviously I recognize there's not a ton of money to be made here but I'd like to think it's ultimately worthwhile

and Doom 3 + RoE originals ;)

Most of the others I want are legally entangled + mostly nostalgia. Lego Island, Lego Racers, Frogger '97/ Frogger 2 Swampy's Revenge, Pirates of the Caribbean 2003 Akella, Pac-man Adventures in Time, NFS 3 Hot Pursuit / NFS Hot Pursuit 2.

edit: I'd like to see some old Disney games - Toy Story 2 Action game and Donald Duck Goin Quackers

Happy anniverary, and kudos for bringing XIII back and for getting the Spiders RPGs on GOG!

The sale is a bit bland and underwhelming for an anniversary celebration, a cooler idea would have been a sale with only two price points of $5.99 and $9.99 like back in the days. ;)

Happy Birthday!

I've been waiting 11 years for the QQP games to show up. I would love (on my current computer) to jump into a game of Lost Admiral, Grandest Fleet or Perfect General!
Graveyard Keeper ? Really ? Isn't the Gog version outdated ?
Congratulations GOG! May we celebrate many other anniversaries filled with DRM-free awesomeness!
Ah GOG, still the no 1 place to go to get DRM-free game and for that I salute you.

I wish I could love you more but at your present state you didn't give me more reason to.
