I just picked this up off amazon, as I enjoyed the first few games. It seems a bit of a dogs dinner, no setup, drm'd. But I am having strange graphical issues, everything is tinged red, and blurred. Anyone hear of this type of issue with it, am running Win 8.1, latest Nvidia drivers for GTX770.

Try reinstalling your graphics driver first.

Seems like it's an issue specific to Windows 8.1. A suggestion in the thread would be to press Ctrl+T, while in game, but you'll need to do it again each time you play the game or alt+tab out of it.

Unbelievable. That Control + T did the trick. Many thanks Grargar.

That's oddly specific.

Am I the only one who never ever found a solution in this? haha it is always the first thing someone says and it's never done anything. Maybe I have been unlucky. :D

I have, I had a "stable" driver that threw me in a bluescreen loop. :P
Installing the beta version fixed it.
Edit: I've not purchased an AMD graphics card since.

Oh man, I haven't seen that issue in like ten years. Funnily enough with my last AMD GPU >_<

For me it has always been the reverse; install an older driver, because either the new one was a piece of shit and caused blue screens of death, or the older one had better compatibility with late 90s Windows games (like Captain Claw).
