Another fine addition to my collection.I leave some kind of elaborate drink-stand that Mom found; it has sliding walls to hold 2 drinks and 2/3rds of the contraption is a compartment that I don't even understand, but it's available for whoever posts next.

I disassemble the device to figure out the part you don't understand, and what I discovered will shock you! (It cetrainly shocked me!) Fortunately, I was wearing some rubber soles, so the shock didn't hurt me too much.

I leave a leather sword and a suit of obsidian leather armor for the next user. (By the way, I also have a suit of leather leather armor, but I think I'll hold on to that for now.)
v I sell the obsidian armor to The Obsidian Knight and leave 10% of the proceeds (after taxes) to the next user to post here.
I use the proceeds to buy more leather weapons; a leather axe, a leather staff, a leather spear, and even a leather chainsaw.

I was not, however, able to get a leather whip, so I decided to get a glass whip instead.

I leave the leather chainsaw for the next user.
Gets dressed up in all the possessions left by the previous person, and leaves a invitation to a wild party to the next poster...
Except that the leather chainsaw is the only possession I left, so I am afraid it's time for me to take that glass whip and swing it at you.

Of course, that causes the whip to shatter, but fortunately that leather leather armor I was wearing protects me from the glass shards, which are left for the next user to clean up.
the glass shards are scooped up and sent to corning to make a one of a kind touch device with a practically unbreakable display. The owner leaves this device containing a message for the next person: "Have patience in your journey and dont expect this device to give you the answers to the meaning of life."
It turns out that I have another chainsaw, one that I found in a mysterious tower, near a world resembling post-apocalyptic Tokyo. So, I take that saw, and use it to break the display, which I would not have been able to do if the display were not practically unbreakable.

I then search for a god to hunt, only to run into an ordinary goblin, which the chainsaw does not work against.

I leave the chainsaw for the next user.

[OOC: Note that this chainsaw works strangely; in the game it's from, it only works if the target's defense is *higher* than the attacker's strength.]
Being wary of magic items, and especially those left by a player who cannot keep track of his own inventory, I examine the magic chainsaw closely.

The magic chainsaw has several negative buffs:

Bind on use.
Reduces players level by 2.
Each use has a 90% chance of severely wounding the player or their party members.
Has a constant maintenance cost paid in gold.

It seems dtgreene is still paying for his use of this chainsaw, but he has not revealed if his party member was wounded.
Unfortunately, the chainsaw cannot be used by any other person and remains costing dtgreene upkeep gold.

I leave the phone number to a very stable genius.

Just so you know, my pronoun is "her", not "his". (Did you not notice my forum title?)

Samweisse: Reduces players level by 2.
Except that there's no such stat as "level", so this item can't have that effect.

(Also, I'm pretty sure it isn't actually magical; it's just bugged.)

Fortunately, the upkeep cust is high enough to cause my gold count to underflow, giving me a large amount of money.

Anyway:

I call the phone number of said genius and ask for advice on how to handle this huge amount of money.

I then leave -300 gil for the next user. (gil is the currency in Final Fantasy, and the amount I'm leaving is negative.)

That means I'm now in doubt to some evil thugs from the Final Fantasy universe. Unfortunately I've never been interested in JRPGs and don't understand their systems, so I'm quickly cut down when the thuggish debt collectors come to claim the 300 gil.

I leave the knowledge that dtgreene caused my death in some silly JRPG setting I wasn't even interested in to the next user.
I learn Morolf was slain by Reptilian Boba Fett and leave the task of making more parallels between FF12 and Star Wars to the next user.

I note that FF12 and Star Wars are like unto parallel lines, so much in common but they will never meet.

I resurrect Morolf and place him in a future post; I leave some residual digital data from the realm in which he perished for the next user.
I find that chainsaw, which has only 1 use left, and use it on morelf. Having used it, the chain saw has now disappeared, and is no more. (I used the data left to me to travel to where he was found; this transport only lasted long enough for me to use the chainsaw.)

I leave the question of whether the chainsaw actually worked on morelf to the next user. Was I strong enough for it to fail? Or was morelf's defense high enough for him to be sawed apart into bits and pieces?

Mercifully you couldn't use the chain saw on Morolf, because there isn't any fuel for it in the game world and it's just an item intended to troll players.

Since I've also recently visited that game world, I leave a picture of purple tentacle to the next user.
