I just got this trying to claim Terroir. I simply reloaded the page and then the Add to Library button worked fine.

Reloading the page did not help for me. Always asking for credentials. I think the game was added but the library page couldn't show Terroir even after reloading it. Using https://www.gog.com/giveaway/claim did the refresh somehow.
